You can obtain a copy of your dmv driving records free from the National Driver Registry in Washington, D.C. They get a copy of the dmv driving records free usually if your license was revoked or suspended at one time. You have to send them a NOTARIZED application form. Their address is National Driver Register, 400 7th Street, SW., Room 6124 Washington, DC 20590-0001 (202) 366-4800 Apparently, there is a way for employers to use this resource as well at little or no cost.
The State Drivng Record Reports we provide ($26.95 – $31.95) show what is in someone’s state file which is what most employers or insurance companies will request.
To obtain driving records on yourself from us (again, this is Not free), you do not need to create an account with us, please sign and fax to 626 398 0642 a Driving Records Request Form and a photocopy of the actual driver’s license.
To obtain driving records on someone else you must create an account with us first, and then fax in a consent form signed by the person under consideration. Federal law requires employment applicant consent (see our Driving Records Request Form) before MVR records can be released.
